Water Quality Lab

Our team contributed to the successful completion of a new regional wastewater reclamation facility, featuring a 16,000-square-foot laboratory, workstations, offices, receiving areas, and storage rooms. We provided specialized construction inspection services that ensured the project met the highest standards. 
 
This $17.8 million state-of-the-art facility achieved a prestigious **LEED Gold Certification**, meeting over 60 categories established by the U.S. Green Building Council. Additionally, the Water Quality Laboratory was recognized with an **Engineering News-Record California Regional Best Projects award** for excellence in specialty construction. Our knowledge and experience in general and specialized inspections played a key role in this groundbreaking project. 
Emergency Services

When urgency called, Riteway answered. During a crisis where an agency's water pipe was accidentally broken by a freeway contractor, Rod Hernandez worked tirelessly, leading the team through three 12-hour shifts over consecutive nights until the emergency was resolved. With crews operating around the clock for three full days, the water leak was repaired, and valves on both sides were replaced. 

This project demonstrated Riteway's commitment to efficient crisis management and seamless coordination to deliver rapid results under pressure. 
Digester Rehabilitation

Riteway played a vital role in the rehabilitation of several digesters, involving structural concrete repairs, resurfacing, and the application of a new coating system to the interior and exterior. The project also included the replacement of piping, valves, meters, and other appurtenances, along with thorough testing of all improvements. 

During this multi-year project, our team provided comprehensive construction inspection services, including daily progress reports, construction photography, specialized product testing and certifications, and detailed inspections. Our contributions ensured every stage of the rehabilitation met rigorous standards of quality and performance.
