With deep roots in the construction industry, our principal brings over 45+ years of experience as a general and electrical contractor, prior to entering the world of construction consulting.  He's a seasoned construction manager with over a decade of hands-on expertise in wastewater infrastructure projects; specializing in project inspection, system design, and construction management personnel training to ensure compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

As a general contractor, Rod Hernandez skillfully managed contracts and coordinated all necessary trades for diverse projects, including state and federal military facilities, airports, police and fire stations, fast food restaurants, warehouses, office buildings, retail shopping centers, schools, financial institutions, and more. With a state electrical certification since 1983 and USACE Construction Quality Management certification since 2011, his expertise forms the foundation of our commitment to excellence.
